Can I return a product?
Products sold by My Fashion Source purchased via the Online store can be returned to us within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. Items must be returned the same way they were received in good standing condition. In order to return a product the buyer must pay the shipping back to our business address.

What is your return process?
Our return process is very easy. Simply return your item in its original condition in the same packaging. Please mark your order # on the front of the packaging. Once we receive your product, you will be credited the amount back to your credit card minus all shipping costs. Please send back product (s) to:

Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Please send your product back within 30 days of purchase with your order number written on the package and new product number you would like to purchase. You can also include this information via our email address at info@myfashionsource.com If the exchange is for an item of greater value, please include a cheque/money order for the difference. If the item is of lesser value we will refund you the difference via Paypal.
