What payment methods do you accept?
Payment of all items purchased via the online store is by credit card & PayPal only. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals. All products selected in the online store will be charged in your chosen currency.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Both GST and PST will only apply to residents of Quebec where we are registered. GST will be charged to the remainder of Canada but not to any US state or the rest of the world. HST will be charged to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and NewFoundland. Specific countries outside Canada may levy an import tax that is beyond our control.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are 9:30am - 5:00pm eastern time Monday-Friday. Please leave us a detailed voice message outside those time frames and we will return your call the following morning.
What shipping options are available?
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from My Fashion Source in Montreal, Canada, which uses various courier companies (for US and Canadian deliveries). My Fashion Source is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time frames. Shipment by Ground Courier can takes from 5-10 business days for delivery or Express Courier which can take from 1-3 business days for delivery depending on location. Shipping time frames are from once the order has been processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer two different methods of shipping. Depending on your location standard shipping takes between 5-10 business days. Express shipping can take from 1-3 business days depending on location. All orders are shipped out first thing the following morning after purchase. If the order is placed on the weekend, your item will be shipped out first thing Monday morning.
How secure is my online order?
Paypal is a highly trusted payment processing service with over 150 million users worldwide. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Can I return a product?
Products sold by My Fashion Source purchased via the Online store can be returned to us within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the purchase, minus all shipping costs. Items must be returned the same way they were received in good standing condition. In order to return a product the buyer must pay the shipping back to our business address.

What is your return process?
Our return process is very easy. Simply return your item in its original condition in the same packaging. Please mark your order # on the front of the packaging. Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Please send your product back within 30 days of purchase with your order number written on the package and new product number you would like to purchase. You can also include this information via our email address at info@myfashionsource.com If the exchange is for an item of greater value, please include a cheque/money order for the difference. If the item is of lesser value we will refund you the difference via Paypal. How do I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in CDN or US currency. If your total orders before tax is $75 or more then shipping will be automatically deducted from the total price.
How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within 30 minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twenty-four hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
What if I want to pick up my item locally to save on shipping?
Local pick up is available in the Montreal area. If you’d like to save on shipping please send us an email to info@myfashionsource.com with the product number you’d like to purchase and we can reserve it for you. Reservations are for 24 hours only. You can pick up your item locally at 6650 Saint Jacques Ouest, NDG Quebec H4B1V8. Local pickup will be cash sales only.
